The Foundation accepts only digital media (cd, dvd, ... ).

To submit a work you must include a letter with this declaration:

I'm the author (or the rapresentative of the collective authorial subject) of the work: name of the work.
I give this copy of my work to the "The Net Observer Foundation" that will store it.
"The Net Observer Foundation" has the right to make copies of my work everytime a person or an istitution requires it for documented cultural or study purposes.

Place, date and signature

N.B.: If you want send a box with more than a work, remember to include a single declaration for each.

Please include also a brief description of your work, a small artistic bio, and anything interesting related to your artistic activities.
