T.N.O. presents the project Firenze by Google® in occasion of the second edition of Struttura.

Firenze by Google® is an artwork that represents a virtual image of the city of Firenze. It's a city made of simple architectures that are filled with images downloaded in real time from the search engine Google® (keyword "firenze"). In the same way, the imaginary streets are populated by fragments of text coming from Google®.

The aim of this project is to build a parallel Firenze, lens of the city we are living, mirror of the city that is inhabiting us.
